Sue Jenkins

Professional Background

Sue, formerly an employment lawyer and equity partner of an international law firm, combines her extensive experience in business with her innate people skills to help clients find solutions to disputes or to realise their potential as business leaders.

After qualifying as a solicitor in 1990, Sue handled a wide range of commercial disputes for corporate clients.

Sue

From the mid 1990's, Sue specialised in employment law advising on employment and workplace disputes and providing Board level advice to national and global employers operating in a variety of sectors, including professional service firms, retail, logistics, manufacturing, financial services, construction and insurance. Sue played a key role in business development and practice management and was for many years the national Head of DAC Beachcroft's top ranked Employment & Pensions Group and a member of the firm's Executive Board.

In addition to her passion for building deep and lasting relationships with clients, Sue has always had a keen interest in people development. In 2015, she moved away from direct lawyering into leadership development, coaching and strategic diversity and inclusion advice and planning.
