Fees

Clients are assured of up front clarity and transparency.

Wherever possible, Sue works on a fixed fee basis agreed in advance. If you would like to discuss the cost of a potential mediation or coaching assignment, without any obligation, Sue would be delighted to hear from you.

Mediations

For workplace mediations, the parties' employer will typically be responsible for settling the costs of the mediation. In employment mediations, the costs are commonly shared equally between the parties.

The fee for a one day mediation includes:

  • circlePreparatory discussions with the parties
  • circleDrafting the mediation agreement
  • circlePreparation/reading in (up to 4 hours)
  • circleReasonable travel time
  • circleA full day (8 hours) of mediation (after which hourly rates apply)

    • Additional costs

    The cost of any significant follow up by the mediator after the mediation day will be agreed separately. Any costs incurred for room or equipment hire, substantial photocopying, travel (standard class), accommodation or other disbursements will be charged at cost.

    Details of payment terms and cancellation charges will be provided.

    Coaching

    Coaching assignments are priced on an individual basis, either per session or as a block of sessions (typically six or eight).

    The agreed cost includes:

  • circleInitial chemistry test meeting
  • circleEach session a minimum of 1.5 hours
  • circleTravel time to/from the coaching venue
  • circleAd hoc contact with the coachee between sessions, if required
  • circleReview and evaluation of the coaching work

    • Additional costs

    Any costs incurred for personality/psychometric tests, travel or accommodation will be charged additionally as a disbursement at cost.
